Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Design and create sales proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Perform detail market research and analyze new business growth.
  • Generate reports and statistical analysis for the potential business.
  • Maintain the data of sales and revenue
  • Achieve the target of Vendor enrolment
  • Ensure all essential terms and conditions of vendor management before the sign of company.
  • Coordinate with the vendor in case of any dispute.
  • Develops and implements the management strategy for all Hill’s
  • Manage the Enrolment of Drivers, Vendors and operational profiles.
  • Develop a network of operational contacts that will support the work of the Business Development Team.

Skills Required:

Market knowledge (FMCG, Logistics, online Truck Rental Marketplace, Courier, Fleet Management)

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support is a plus

Proficiency in English

Good Analytical and problem solving skills

Communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build rapport

Time management and planning skills

Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field of study preferred.

Having good knowledge into logistics, or supply chain management industry. In-depth knowledge of different services provided by the company.

Demonstrated success in developing sales plans, analyzing profitability of prospects, and the ability to understand the competitive influences and risks associated with individual accounts.

Demonstrated success in leading, supervising, managing, motivating and developing individuals and high performance teams.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.

Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations.

 

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate MBA (MBA is not mandatory)

  • Make prospecting lists using industry understanding and online sources.
  • Actively track conversion to make sales process improvements
  • Generate Field Leads.
