We are looking for an individual who will lead our marketing & branding efforts. As a member of our core operations team you will be increasing the visibility of brand “Bongo Xpress” & find out innovative & cost effective ways of reaching our TG. In addition to this you will also be leading Strategic Alliances & Partnerships that would grow Bongo Xpress business at a faster clip also Bongo Xpress is looking for an Influencer Marketing specialist to join our growing team. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for, researching and exploring the right fit of influencers for our brand, end to end coordination from roping them into getting the campaign executed, monitoring & reporting the respective campaigns’ performance.

Responsibilities:

Be the brand ambassador for Bongo Xpress – initiate, commission and direct execution of brand campaigns (including all ATL, BTL, Print, outdoor and digital campaigns) effectively reach out to potential customers to build a loyal, active & healthy community across online & offline platforms

Extensive crafting of target audience, consumer personas, their needs state enabling Bongo Xpress to drive better adoption of various categories

On ground execution with agencies/Vendors/Partners/City team including Print & other Vendors, Activation agencies, Media Agencies, Corporate & Event Partners

Leading efforts to build alliances, increase alignment, mutual understanding and trust between partner & company impacting the growth & retention efforts of the company

Drive Customer acquisition for Porter from partnerships, analyze and measure campaign impact & ROI

Should be able to handle end to end partnership execution including prospecting, meetings, pitching, closure and agreement.

Define/improve on our product communications & develop a structured approach to acquire/re target repeat customers

Should Understand and manage the flow of leads across the various channels

Work with the Marketing team to create and implement campaigns

Run ad campaigns on various channels like Google Ad words, LinkedIn, Facebook Adverts, etc.

Optimize the channels by testing various campaign ideas, reporting & dash boarding results for taking quicker decisions

Annalise Auction level data & provide an accurate competitive landscape

Analyzed new market trends in performance marketing and create an action plan to put them into execution

All campaigns/alliances with deep focus on cost & measuring the effectiveness for the business.

Roles and responsibilities and expected challenges

Build a relationship with influencers for the brand.

Creating campaigns around a unique vision, drafting the proposals for the campaign, and deciding on the KPIs so that you can measure the campaign’s success.

Draft outreach email templates that you can use for your campaign, reminders, follow-ups, and timely revert to the influencer’s mails.

Provide assistance when the influencer is creating content

Coordinate with the internal team to make sure that influencer campaigns are executed efficiently

Track the success of the campaigns and share reports.

Keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community.

Constant research & keep tabs on the influencer marketing ecosystem to ensure that you are up-to-date.

 

Must Haves 

  • Challenges the status quo in marketing and conversion and comes up with low Cost growth strategies.
  • Has deep interest in how marketing and conversion works
  • Should have built frameworks to measure the effectiveness of various channels & Alliances.
  • Excellent with communication skills
  • Should be comfortable with travelling.

Should have good oral & written communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution.

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing

Fair understanding of Google Ad words, Facebook Adverts & Google Analytics

Basic understanding of the attribution modeling of users

SQL Knowledge is a Plus
